How the Health Improvement Practitioner can help you.
- Creating a healthier lifestyle: Explore new eating and exercise routines, learn relaxation skills, and enhance your overall well-being.
- Adjusting to life’s changes: Navigate through health issues, workplace challenges, and cope with changes related to age, gender, disability, spirituality, trauma, sexuality, loss, or grief.
- Building better habits: Address concerns related to alcohol, tobacco, drug use, and other habits affecting your health.
- Improving self-care in challenging situations: Manage emotions effectively, cope with distress, anxiety, low mood, pain, stress, being overwhelmed and even parenting struggles.
This is a free service available to all Awapuni Medical patients.
Nicola offers 30-minute appointments every Wednesday, and drop-ins are usually available.
